1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 33kb platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by every provision of these Terms.

33kb is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and other interactive gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) strictly confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. 33kb is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you log in from a cyber café or shared device, log out after every session.
• No 33kb staff member will ever ask for your password.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

33kb currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods are currently accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 per method
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, processing may be delayed if identity verification is pending or if unusual activity is suspected.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the account or number from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering has not been completed.
• 33kb reserves the right to hold any withdrawal if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4.5 Applicable Fees

33kb generally does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, fees charged by the mobile banking or bank operator itself may apply, and those are the responsibility of the respective operator.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳6,667 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 — for example, a deposit of ৳14,000 earns a ৳10,000 bonus for a total of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing any winnings from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagers must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be used once and must be used within the specified validity period.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• 33kb reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer or withdraw an offer at any time.
• In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of 33kb will be considered final.

5.4 VIP Program

33kb has five VIP tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.7%; Platinum — up to 1.0%; Diamond — up to 1.2%. You can move up to higher tiers through regular and active play. The benefits and cashback rates for each tier are displayed on the platform.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before confirming a bet. If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, 33kb reserves the right to cancel it.

6.2 Sports Betting

• All odds are subject to change and may be updated up until the event begins.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, bets will be settled according to 33kb's rules.
• In-play betting may experience delays and bets may be rejected.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair outcomes. The general RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available in the respective game interface. 33kb does not guarantee winnings on any specific game.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a technical error or system malfunction causes an abnormal winning amount to be displayed, it will not be considered valid and those winnings will be cancelled. In the event of a technical issue, the original deposited amount will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonus offers or attempting to exploit the bonus system.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage through software, bots, automation tools, or other technical means.
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or software bugs and failing to report them immediately.
• Using another user's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Threatening, harassing, or using inappropriate language toward the platform, its staff, or other users.
• Any attempt to carry out cyber attacks, hacking, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please ensure all active bets are settled and your balance is withdrawn before the request is processed. After the account is closed, any remaining balance may only be withdrawn within the designated time period.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by 33kb

33kb reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected involvement in fraud or prohibited activities.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Detection of an account belonging to a minor.
• Extended inactivity (no login for longer than the specified period).
